This studio, located in Santiago do Cacém, is ideal for 5 vacationers. It offers a private pool from 01 May to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
It is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The studio has a single bed and 2 double beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The studio features air conditioning, central heating, cleaning products, a desk, mosquito nets, a dryer, a fan and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 25€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
There are dogs on site, they are sociable and friendly. The property is a farm so there are animals on site (2 dogs, cats, ducks and chicken). The swimming pool is 20 meters away from the house.
