If you're searching for the definition of effortlessly relaxed, look no further than The Pelican 606C. With a sweeping sixth-floor view of the Atlantic Ocean and a bright, open interior, this condo for six knows how to give guests R&R. The salty blue waves are the first to greet you as you walk in. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts of ocean scenery, wood-tile flooring, and a spacious layout.

Kick off your vacation with a cocktail made in the galley kitchen. This space is updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for four. If cooking is your forte, you'll find meal prep a breeze as the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. A drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockpot, blender, pots and pans, and every essential you should need are provided. Meals can be enjoyed around the dining table for four.

Even when you're not on the shore, there's no need to say goodbye to the scenery as the living room has a direct ocean view. This area is laid-back and furnished with a chaise sectional and two slip-covered armchairs. Those who came to make the beach their office can meet deadlines at the nearby private desk with high-speed WiFi. If relaxation is your only priority, you'll find your favorite shows and movies available on the 80" Smart TV. Cable, a Blu-Ray player, and streaming services are available (just remember to bring your own log-ins!).

Quiet reflection and reading are best done on the condo's sixth-floor balcony. Sit in one of the two chairs to behold a bird's eye view of the complex pools, grounds, and crashing waves beyond. Any time spent here is guaranteed to be calming!

When you're ready to retire, you'll find a peaceful bedroom awaiting you. The first bedroom boasts of a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a standard bathtub. Others in your group will love the second bedroom equally as it holds a king bed and large flat-screen TV. Guests can use the nearby second bathroom that has a walk-in shower. An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping for two.

This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed WiFi, cable TV, a Blu-Ray player, streaming services, a stacked washer/dryer, and a beach cart.

Monthly stays are welcomed; however, we only accept weekly reservations in March.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The Pelican is one of New Smynra Beach's most beloved oceanfront condominiums. The Pelican was built in 1974 and has 144 individual units that have provided guests and residents the best New Smyrna Beach stays. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

The balance can be conveniently paid via debit card at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3% convenience fee would apply. A vacation planner will contact you to explain the full balance due process and answer any additional questions you may have regarding your reservation.
