Located in Porte-Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement, this apartment is the best place to stay if you wish to explore Paris!

The living room features a comfy sofa, work desk and a TV, the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is designed with multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.

Both of the bedrooms are located on the mezzanine floor. The bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you have a good sleep.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The 10th arrondissement is a lively and vibrant area due to its historical heritage. There are many historical sites such as the famous Porte Saint-Denis, built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. While in the area, you’ll be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage and the passage of Desire. If you want to discover the city in a different way, take a tour of the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs.

Children and adults alike will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" set in a former earthenware factory.

Also, don’t forget to stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin and enjoy its timeless atmosphere, or go to the garden of the Saint-Louis Hospital, a historic place that resembles the Place des Vosges.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
