As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a queen bed where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our studio is located conveniently in the 16th arrondissement. Key pickup is 10 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 16th arrondissement is now known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens.

You can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum and the Palais de Tokyo.

Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone with the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse, and Roland Garros.

As for fashion lovers, they will find their happiness along the famous shopping street of Passy. If you want to have a good time with your family, visit the Aquarium de Paris.

Finally, head to the Trocadéro esplanade to enjoy the panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
