This lovely studio is designed with an open and cosy living room where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. It also includes a queen bed that fits two people perfectly. There is also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Nice, the capital of the French Riviera, located in the Alpes-Maritimes department, has a rich historical and cultural heritage. The picturesque alleys, the shingle beaches, the singing accent, the gastronomy and so on make the city of the Riviera a place where it is good to live. The old town of Nice was once the entire urban area. It has many architectural treasures hidden here and there. Among them, you can appreciate the art collections displayed in the city's museums and galleries, such as the Musée Matisse, the Musée d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) also known as MAMAC, the Palais Lascaris, the Natural History Museum or the Museum of Fine Arts.

Markets colour the city and are an integral part of its traditions. The one on the Cours Saleya is undoubtedly the most lively in the Old Town (Vieux Nice). Strolling through the city's narrow streets, you can smell the heady perfume emanating from the stalls of local producers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Saint-Roch (line 1), is just a 3-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
