This studio, located in Draguignan, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers a shared pool from 01 June to 15 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
It is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The studio has 2 sofa beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The studio features cleaning products, ironing equipment, a washing machine and air conditioning.
Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand.
