You are looking for the perfect spot to stay in Cannes and discover the city? Maybe you are thinking that staying at a place in the heart of the trendiest area of town, with its luxury boutiques, stylish bars and restaurants, would be really, reaaaally nice... Stop looking, that's the spot!* ^^

**This 2-bedroom apartment, designed for the perfect stay, features the following:**

- A comfy sofa for relaxing, a flat-screen TV for watching your favorite movies (or some French programs to practice your “parler”) and a dining table for your meals or cocktails.

- A well-equipped open-floor kitchen with everything you will need, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- A first bedroom with a queen size bed and a lot, really a lot of storage space (but not suitable for more sleeping space).

- A second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for the kids (or for adults who like to sleep separately). This room opens to a small glass loggia.

- A bathroom with shower and some beautiful tile work.

- Prime location in the heart of the “Carré d’Or” (Golden Square) of the city, in one of the most sought-after residential property on the famous Croisette, only a few steps from the trendiest bars and restaurants of Cannes!

- High-speed Wifi Haut connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

**AND AS A BONUS**


- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
- A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).


**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a short steps in your street, the Rue Victor Cousin, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within just a couple of minutes (unless you decide to walk on your hands):

- Take a stroll on the famous Croisette and either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats (5minute walk)

- Take selfies like a movie star (again) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show . (10 minutes walking distance.)

- Empty your bank account in the fine boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes. (1-minute walk to get there, more time to empty your account, depending on its size.)

- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Time varies depending on your physical shape.)


**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. Well do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
