## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises :
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a convertible sofa for a single person or for a couple if they don't mind it being a bit narrow: very comfortable bed, thick mattress topper, 120 cm wide, very bright room. The sofa in the living room can also be used for a 4th person but is not convertible
- two bathrooms;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.


You'll particularly appreciate its location. It is located :
- close to restaurants and bars ;
- close to all amenities;
- in the Batignolles district, a charming neighborhood with plenty of shopping opportunities.

Public transport is just a few minutes away, with a wide variety of metro lines.

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
