With easy access to the freeway and less than 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, multiple golf courses, and Camelback Mountain.

POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $50 per day. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool heated. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***

-NOTE: Noise monitors do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.

Great place and Location
We stayed there as a group of friends in town for a wedding, so we didn't get to utilize everything this place offers as we were always on the go. We didn't utilize the full kitchen and outdoor cooking area, but the pool was nice to cool off in and the washer and dryer were very convenient. It was in a very convenient location for us, 15 minutes from downtown Chandler and downtown Phoenix, and also a few miles from the Scottsdale Mall. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the owner was very responsive. Compared to other rental listings at this price, this place was a lot nicer and had a lot more to offer and I would highly recommend.

Excellent property, Exactly as Advertised
The location is excellent with its close proximity to Old Scottsdale (<10 mins), very near any type of shopping and restaurants you may desire, with easy access to the freeways. We made day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Saguaro National Park without feeling worn out from excessive driving. The neighborhood is very safe and we walked around it several times.

Oasis in the middle of the action in Phoenix
We love this home with attached garage and heated pool in the perfect location for any activity in the valley. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, restaurants, Desert Botanical Gardens, golf courses, shopping. It is a very comfortable home with all the amenities you could ask for. And the management was available at any time with any concerns we had. Tuckedin offers an exceptional experience.

Wonderful stay
We were happy to return to this ideally located comfortable home near Old Town Scottsdale where we enjoyed the home’s many amenities ( and pool!) and spacious rooms. Especially appreciate having an attached garage and one level living. Location made it great to get anywhere we wanted in the Phoenix metro area. Wanted to especially thank the Tuckedin management team for their prompt attention to anything that came up. Mitch was prompt and professional; we appreciated his help with getting the pool heater fixed. Also, we kept operations manager Nevada busy with various repairs, both minor and major, ie, in replacing the garbage disposal. Really enjoyed meeting and working with Nevada, who had some personal family sorrows during our stay. But he was always available when needed. We highly recommend this lovely property. The only thing we suggest? The kitchen dishwasher needs to be replaced. It’s on its last legs. Best regards, K & D
