The primary suite is upstairs and features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and private access to a huge balcony - perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets each evening. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. 

The second bedroom is also upstairs with a similar setup - a king-size bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The third bathroom is situated on the main level and has a cozy full-size bed, a large flat screen Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 

If you have additional guests, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa for an extra two people.

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for making tasty home-cooked meals, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space. There are several grocery stores located in the nearby vicinity, and plenty of great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. 

The large living room is the perfect place to hang out after a long day in the sun. This contemporary space features a comfy couch, plush chairs, and a large flat-screen Smart TV with streaming channels and YouTube.

On days you don’t want to go to the beach, there are plenty of outside spots to hang out right in the condo. There’s a back balcony with a gas grill, a front patio with tons of seating for the whole family, and private balconies off the primary suite and second bedroom. 

You will also have access to community amenities, including one outdoor oceanfront pool (the owner’s only pool behind the property is unavailable for use as well as the owner's clubhouse), , and tennis courts. The pool has great lounge areas, bathrooms, and outdoor showers to rinse off after swimming. 

When you are in the mood for the beach, you can pack up the beach wagon with beach towels and chairs - all available to you for free! The sandy beach is just a short walk away down a set of steps. This part of the beach is extremely secluded and quiet - perfect for families who want to avoid the crowds!

Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire house and shared access to community areas, including the pool, tennis court, and private beach access. Convenient, contactless check-in is available. 

There are two parking spaces for vehicles in the driveway. In addition, there is overflow parking nearby at the owner's only clubhouse, which is just a short walk away. Note that guests are not allowed golf carts or trailers in this community.

The condo is located in the private and secure La Valencia gated community, and there is also exterior video surveillance at this property for your security.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with freshly laundered linens on the beds, a full set of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 8, 4 beach towels, and a beach wagon with 4 beach chairs. Each bathroom will have bar soaps and 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started.

Located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the gated La Valencia community. Guests can enjoy their shared oceanfront pool and tennis court nearby! Publix Grocery and Winn Dixie are nearby as well as Sunny Side Grill and several other restaurants. Pier Park is about 5 miles east of this location with endless shopping, restaurants, and fun.

Damage and Capacity Restrictions: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything within the rental unit during the rental period. If any damages the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. The listed maximum capacity may not be exceeded during any time for the duration of your stay. If it is exceeded then Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected. No smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.


Terms include a No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.

RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be notified.

PROPERTY: Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements described.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is NO LATER than 10:00 AM on the departure date. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options are not available during Peak Times. If Early Check and/or Late check out are approved, you will get an email confirmation from the reservation team.
PAYMENTS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Outside 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment is due to reserve property. Balance Payment is due 30 Days before Arrival and will be charged automatically to same credit card used, unless communicated otherwise. Within 60 Days of Arrival, Total Cost is due to reserve property. ALL Payments are NONREFUNDABLE. We offer Vacation Rental Insurance

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If Reservation is cancelled inside of 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment will be forfeited, and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Outside of 30 days deposit will be refunded to the card charged only minus all transaction costs.
