This private corner condo overlooks the crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, making it the ideal home away from home during your next vacation to Panama City Beach! You'll love the comfort and convenience of this gorgeous suite the moment you step inside. First thing: drop your bags, get into comfortable clothes, and head out to the private wraparound balcony to savor the penthouse views of the coastline and large lagoon-style pool.
The well-appointed living room has spectacular beach and water views from two walls to provide a great ambiance during your next dinner party. The full kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and all the counter space the family chef needs to prepare a delightful meal for your guests. The attractive wood dining table has seating for four, and you can always take your meals alfresco in the salty sea air.
Spend the day at the beach, then come back home and let the private washer/dryer rinse out your beachy laundry. Whenever you're not kickin' it poolside or enjoying a good soak in the shared hot tub, luxuriate on the living room's comfy sofa to watch a ballgame or a movie on the TV. There are two tropical bars alongside the lagoon pool, one being a bar and grill. There is an indoor pool as well, a coffee and donut shop in the lobby, and beautiful bridges, waterfalls, and fountains in the pool and garden area.
There are two main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, but one being oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.
Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $100 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with up to eight pool wristbands and two parking passes. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the on-site HOA.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
