Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course the community pool. The house has 2 large living rooms with sleep sofas, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a bonus room with pool table, foosball table, retro video game machine and dart board...and EVERYONE has a big screen TV (8 total big screens in the house). High speed internet and WiFi are included and the spectrum tv package has tons of movie channels too. ((3-King Beds, 2-Queen Beds, 1 twin w/trundle, 2 queen sleep sofas)) Space Coast has rocket launches weekly and is the largest sea turtle nesting beach in the Western Hemisphere...May, June, July, August & September are best for sea turtles. This house is a huge comfortable area for a vacation stay. The furniture is really nice, the beds are all super comfortable and all the linens and sheets are of high-quality. The sheets are Egyptian cotton 700 thread count. The beach is a 6-blocks so I would drive and park at one of the many beach park locations that have sand volleyball, showers and food.
