A stones’ throw from the Champs-Elysées, George V's metro, le Pavillon Ponthieu has a unique location: a building of character right in the PARIS center. Located within a very quiet inner courtyard, it is a place of relaxation and serenity in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city of light. Accessible with wheelchairs.

Ideally situated this place is a perfect spot from which to visit Paris on foot or by metro.

All the local stores are easy to access directly from your accommodation.

Le Pavillon Ponthieu, nestled in a quiet, charming and typically paved Parisian inner courtyard, is a peace haven in the centre of town, without any of the drawbacks linked to noise from the street.

We are offering a house on two floors (ground floor, first floor) with an inside lift. For 8 guests, 4 bedrooms (5 beds) with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms. Le Pavillon Ponthieu is easily accessible to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchairs).

Le Pavillon Ponthieu is entirely automated and you have your own entry, access to broadband internet, televisions in each room and smart air conditioning.

The Pavillon Ponthieu - Champs-Elysées has been refurbished by an architect working for “Un Goût de France” and has a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Top quality materials and furniture have been chosen to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The house was entirely redecorated by an interior designer.

The house can accommodate 8 guests, with its 4 bedrooms, three of which have quality double beds and one room with bunk beds. Each room has a private bathroom, two of them have their own toilet.

All the Le Pavillon Ponthieu toilets are Japanese style, for optimal hygiene.

The house has a secure entrance hall where you can leave your luggages if you arrive early or leave after 10 AM. Beyond the entrance hall, a large corridor serves the 3 ground floor bedrooms.

The master bedroom on the left of the corridor is adapted to people with disabilities. It has a large bay window and is spacious and very luminous. The large double bed and bathroom with a toilet are perfectly suited to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchairs).

On the right of the corridor, you will find the children’s bedroom which has comfortable bunk beds. Its private bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. Toilets are located on the first floor (guest toilets).

The third room on the right of the corridor has a large double bed, bathroom and private toilets.

At the end of the corridor, a stairway and silent lift provide access to the floor above.

On the first floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which also has a large double bed and a private bathroom.

The large first floor windows illuminate the living room and dining room. The living area is spacious, with armchairs and a sofa inviting you to relax. A video projector offering a choice of over 300 films in several different languages.

The large dining room table can fit up to 8 people. It is right next to the fully equipped kitchen which has all the equipment and numerous kitchen appliances to prepare large family dinners, dinner among friends or tasty breakfasts.

If you prefer to try out all the local restaurants for your meals, you will have to return to Le Pavillon Ponthieu regularly! We would appreciate.
