Tenant Liability Insurance:

When renting a secondary vacation home in France, you must be insured in case of a responsible incident. Upon signing the rental contract, we will ask you to provide your liability insurance certificate for the rental of a vacation home in France, covering both movable and immovable property. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our optional ADAR insurance, which covers your tenant liability on movable and immovable property, as well as potential cancellation or interruption of stay. The cost is 4% of the rental amount.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit will be required upon your arrival during the check-in, via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) pre-authorization. Please ensure your credit card limit allows for the pre-authorization to be accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
