A bathroom with Italian shower and sink are at your disposal.
In the basement, a 90/180 extra bed can accommodate a child or an adult.
A washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal.

Wifi works throughout the apartment.
A professional maid is responsible for housekeeping and ensures that the apartment is cleaned and the sheets changed before and after each stay.

The entire accommodation as well as the terrace are at your disposal.

For a Check in from 8 p.m .: An extra of 20€

For a Check in from 10 p.m until 11 p.m : An extra of 35€

No arrival after 11 pm (unless special arrangement).

These late arrival fees are payable directly to the reception agent.
