The sofa pulls out to allow for comfortable sleeping...mattress was replaced with a high end mattress to ensure highest comfort level for our guests. Two bunk beds provide additional sleeping options for your family and make for a cozy reading spot as well. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal in. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony after using our Keurig that's ready for you! A full size Washer and Dryer are included in the unit for your convenience as well. Enjoy our guest closet which includes beach chairs and beach games to make your visit even more enjoyable. High speed internet, Netflix, and TV are provided as well.

We are also conveniently located within walking distance (or take the Tram) to the world famous Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. So many family activities, events, concerts, fireworks, ropes course, movies on the lawn, shopping, restaurants, and more!
