Enjoy breakfast on the wide front porch from a table crafted from a surfboard, or greet neighbors from a comfy porch chair. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed ceiling beams add formality to a casual living room with slipcovered furniture. Across from the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. A dining table has seating for 6 and leads to a colorful kitchen with premium appliances and a black granite-topped island with a farmhouse sink and seating for 5.
