Enjoy a view of both the beach from your own private balcony! This family-friendly studio features everything you need to settle in and enjoy your trip to the beach. The wet bar-style kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator to store all your leftovers from local restaurants. Settle in and watch a favorite on the TV when you come back from the beach.

Things to Know
All of the resort amenities are closed until further notice.
There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.

This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This deserves a 0 star
I experienced a multitude of issues. From check-in, parking, door hanging off the hinges, the cleanliness of the room, the patio door not looking, and the customer service from a rep, supervisor, and a local rep of Vacasa was horrific. The best thing about this place was the view. But, only until 8 am because there were workers on scaffolds in front of my balcony. This information, about construction, was not relayed on the site when I booked by reservation. It only mentioned the pools and other amenities were closed. There was banging on the outside and the room above me. Sleeping beyond 8 am was not an option. Had I known, I would not have booked the room regardless of the price.

Great view
Both doors (the one to the room and the one to the balcony) need some repairs and a bigger TV. Otherwise love the beds, bathroom etc. We will come back. Thanks!

Do not recommend!
When we first arrived to the condo, the front door was jammed and had to body slam it to open. The room smelt like mold. The ceiling paint was pealing and had paint chips falling into the floor and in our bed. The fridge was rusted. The balcony door would not open. We called Vacasa several times to resolve the issue and no one called back, and no one came out to the room like we were advised. The hotel itself is great. For this price, find a different room in the hotel. My whole family stayed at this hotel and paid the same as us but had far better rooms.

Outdated, needs a lot of work. Poorly managed.
The door entering the room was loose on the hinges and didn't close correctly. You had to lift to get it to latch. There were 4 very flat hospital grade pillows total in the room. No extra linens or pillows anywhere. The unit was poorly cleaned. There was sand all over the balcony, a moldy air mattress under the bed, an ear plug, and some kind of children's toy all under the beds. The beds themselves are worn and sunken in where they've been slept in for many, many years. They squeak and they're not comfortable at all. The unit says it sleeps 4, but there were only 2 wash cloths in the bathroom. The carpet in the unit is absolutely disgusting. It's worn, stained, and tattered. There is not a broom or sweeper or anything to clean the unit while you are there. Many condos come with the minimal essentials to maintain a nice environment. This one had dishes and that was all. Very poorly stocked. No coffee, filters, etc. Even cheap hotels provide that and decent pillows. The ceiling appears to be flaking off. I didn't get up there and mess with it but it's pretty rough looking. Both the night stand and the dresser have issues. The dresser has one drawer you cannot open at all. The night stand will open but it goes sideways and won't close correctly. The door to the balcony is very, very heavy and nearly impossible for a child to open and close. The furniture on the balcony is made of mesh and PVC pipe. The mesh is ripped on one of the chairs and the AC unit exhaust makes it nearly unbearable to sit out there anyway because it is so hot. The AC unit itself has an issue where the cover on the outside has a large gap where it should be flush with the unit. There were dirty napkin wads on the balcony when we got there. The refrigerator is very rusty and it is one of the first things you see when you walk in. The arm chair in the unit needs reupholstered or replaced. It's dated and gross. The TV needs mounted in a different location. You cannot see it from the chair or the second bed. Only the first bed and because it is so low it is uncomfortable to try and watch. Overall my family and I were very displeased with this unit. Would not recommend. For the price there are many, many others available that have private managers who actually care about their condos and the people that rent them. This was a huge disappointment.
