Ski Run Villa

We urge all our guests to purchase the affordable insurance offered through Vrbo. This allows last minute cancels and ensures a refund should you not be able to make it due to unpredictable circumstances or weather conditions.

Pets are welcome. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. In addition a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 for the first pet will be charged, and additional $50 for the second pet. If bringing a dog along let management know.

This complex sits quietly at the top of Tyrol Lane adjacent to a path that leads you directly to Eagle Express, ski through the trees or walk through the woods as the leaves change. Jump onto the yellow line at the end of Tyrol or take a ride on the bike path that takes you directly to the Lakes Basin and through town. This is an end unit with a two car garage.

This recently renovated condo is surrounded by pine trees and is within 1 mile of Canyon and Eagle Lodge. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a loft, 2 car garage, with in-unit laundry.
This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, and is non-smoking.
This home was just upgraded with a new master bathroom, flooring throughout and lighting. The vaulted ceiling and open floor plan are ideal for entertaining, family gatherings, and sleeping 10. Enjoy your evenings on the open deck during the summers or colors change in the fall with all the mountain trees surrounding the property.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 car garage, and a large mud room.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top.
There is a full bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub.
On the 2nd level there is the master bedroom with a king size bed. The master bathroom has been fully remolded. There is a beautiful large walk in shower, and double vanity sink. Also on the 2nd floor is the laundry room with both a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all essentials to cook and entertain. There is a dinning room table, and bar stool seating. There is a large flat screen cable tv, comfortable sectional couch, wood burning fireplace and a large deck to enjoy that fresh mountain air.
Additional sleeping area (loft) is located above the kitchen with another bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and a toilet. There is a bunk bed with a full size on bottom and a twin on top. There is also a separate twin size bed as well. It’s the perfect hang out are for kids / teens.

The Condo is non-smoking and dog-friendly.
Our Property is a rental to those who are 25+ years. We prefer to rent our condo to small families, couples and mature adults.
There is a security deposit of $2000, which will be refunded promptly if there are no issues.

The Condo is a 10 min walk or short drive to the Village Restaurants and shops. The bike path is located directly behind the complex, taking you to Lakes basin or the town trails.
There is all kinds of outdoor activities: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Skiing and Snowboarding, Cross-country skiing, Golf and more.

Tyrolean Village is located on the yellow bus line, and pink night bus line. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the Condo. The shuttle will take you to the Village/Gondola, the town or Eagle Lodge.
