Arrive through the side gate from the driveway to the backyard area, to be welcomed by a new pool and hot tub, a great space for cooking up the day's catch on the gas grill, snacking at the picnic table, sitting by a fire in the chiminea, or taking in our beautiful sunrises while sitting with your morning coffee in hand. Enter the house into the galley-style kitchen where a cook will feel at ease with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, a pantry, a Duo Keurig pod/drip coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy the freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. The overstuffed couch and accent chair are perfect for lounging on while watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The owner has kindly left board games on the coffee table to use as well. The hallway holds all three bedrooms for sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, luggage rack, closet, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. This room is also accessible by the kitchen area. The middle bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Full-size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV, a chair for reading a book, and floor space to stretch out and play.
