Gated and will provide access code a few days prior to check in date. You can park up to 3 cars. No parking on the street inside the gated HOA, or lawn or walkway. No RV, boat or large vehicles.

Private safe gated community with a short walking distance (1 block) to beach access on Scenic Gulf Drive. Big Kahunas Water Park is only a short drive ~5-6 miles. Destin Aquatic Center public community pool is a short distance.

We provide a starter kit for toilet paper roll, dishwasher tablet, paper towel, hand soap, laundry detergent, small shampoo, conditioner, garbage bag etc. Please bring your favorite personal toiletries and additional items you need may be bought in nearby grocery stores, Dollar General or order via Instacart. Decors and amenities at times maybe different from the photos.

Guest must meet minimum age requirement of 25 to reserve (especially during Spring Break). Rental Agreement must be completed, signed electronically and provide Proof of ID. Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outage, things out of our control, unexpected events, any changes in your trip plans or choosing to leave early for any reason. We adhere to NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.

Please note, there is no community access to a pool, but the private beach with sandbar is very close and less crowd! Destin Aquatic Center is a short distance. The Big Kahunas Water Park is a short drive, only 5-6 miles! At the border of Destin and close to many fun activities, restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.

We do not allow pets, to be considerate of our guest families with pet allergy and our family health issues due to pet allergy. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches.
Our private beach and the South Walton county do not allow dogs (only by permit for county residents and land owners). Pets are required to be on a leash in public places, parks, playgrounds, etc.
-Maximum 12 guests including children. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests.
-Rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID with 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated
-There is security deposit hold $400 (not charged) during your stay, maybe automatically refresh on 7th day(depending on length of stay) and will be fully released in a few days after check out if no damage or violation of rental agreement.

Therefore, NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT allowed.
