Terrible
I wouldn’t recommend this property to no one ! Someone was staying in the house upon our arrival, the host hadn’t canceled or anything until we got there and realized it was an epic fail! The house was no where near the listing… blinds tore all up beds had no sheets game room didn’t exist.. The listing needs to be removed ASAP WORST EXPERIENCE WITH VRBO !!

Safety hazard issues
Hello all, I wanted to say I 100% DO NOT recommend this house to anyone. It says it comfortably holds 12 people but we were just 6 and barely fitted in the house. There are many safety hazards issues in this house in addition to there being no dressers or nightstands to put our bags/belongings on, very inconvenient. Therefore we were forced to keep everything on the bed, if not the floor (walking hazard). Also, the mattresses were either too hard or too soft. The window shades were damaged and provided no privacy from outside which made us all feel unsafe and insecure. We were afraid of opening or closing the doors freely due to they are barely hanging on by a screw or two. I have many photos. The toaster oven does not work (so much for warm toast in the morning) and the refrigerator does not make ice (very inconvenient for hot summer days). The kitchen sink faucets shakes (a nuisance). The master bathroom door is only hanging with one hinch and it does not lock (no privacy). The toilet seat is side way on the toilet (very uncomfortable). There are no mirrors in bedrooms. The green futon in the living room is dirty and the black one is broken. One of the futon leg is a 2x4 treated wood. There is absolutely no pool table, as stated on VRBO. No shampoo, soap or hair dryer as per advertised. The window have no blind or curtains, just broken shades. This place lack of privacy! The deck in the back of the house is extremely dirty! Another nuisance we experienced was a very squeaky bath tub in the main bath. When taken shower it felt like the tub was unsteady and was about to break from beneath our feet. I would very much rather for no one to pay for a vacation and having to go through this disgusted experience as we did so I DO NOT recommend this listing. As much as I do not like leaving such a review, it’s the truth and I have many photos. Also I feel everyone should enjoy their vacation, after all a lot of time and effort are put into it. On the bright side, the neighborhood is okay and there are some good places to visit in the area. Also, there are cameras around the house so you know everything is being watched incase something does happen but we where not aware of the cameras until arriving at the house. We DO NOT appreciate getting a phone call from the hostess late at night when we were already asleep asking us to move our car because she THOUGHT we were parked on her “GRASS”. I’m astonished VRBO past this listing suitable for renting.

Not what I expected
The property is in a nice and quiet area, however inside the home was not what I expected. Prior to my visit, I made attempts to contact the owner to discuss the game room. I never received a reply until the day of. I was told a pool table would be delivered to the home the day after we arrived. Long story short, after 3 days, there was still no pool table. The pictures also showed a indoor basketball hoop, that was not there either. The primary bathroom door was hanging from the hinges and the front window blinds were destroyed. The furniture in the living room was also uncomfortable. I made a couple attempts after our stay to see if I could receive some type of reimbursement, but of course, no response from the owner. Beware before you booked this property, there are no refunds!

Location was quiet and safe. The property has a pest problem and some vanity issues that need to be address. Some the linen needs to be replace and the game room has a smell of mildew. Very disappointed overall and I will not book this place for further visits.

Not as advertised.
We show up and only 1/5 tv’s listed worked. The game room was not as advertised (whole reason we booked this place), their was no pool table, no pop shot basketball hoop (we were told the renters before us broke both the day before we Checked in). We tried to contact the property manager and the wrong phone number was listed so we contacted Vrbo and they got ahold of her. She said nothing they could do about the stuff not being there. We got back to the house the first night with groceries and the kitchen was filled with ants on the counter so we contacted her again and she brought us spray to take care of it ourselves. Their was red looking cockroaches in the living room. The house was supposed to be furnished with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all of which were in a empty container when we got there. The drive way made you feel like you were going to fall Everytime we arrived back. On the day of checkout they were at the house before 7 am roadatilling the yard. The furniture was from the 1950’s hard as a rock and so beat up. The beds were also super hard except in the master bedroom. It would have been nice had they provided more blankets. The pillows were flat as pancakes. Not a good overall experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE!!
