house: when you flush the toulette the shower gurgles up water. The house has no A/C so it was painfully hot inside and humid. the must in the basement room was gross, there is a dehumidifier but it didnt help. if you leave the windows open to get a breeze expect a lot of bugs including mosquitoes. the basement walls are styrophome. dont ask me where they get it but i wouldnt have little kids around it for fear they would mess with it.
furniture: the couch on the first floor is a "pull out couch" but we had a misserable time pulling it out and found that the sides were broken and it wouldnt go back in properly. we didnt say anything because we thought it was just an oddity of the house but now the owner is charging us for it.
rules: no shoes in the house (fine by us but be aware). if you use anything in the house coffee, salt, olive oil, plan to refill or bring your own. ( that one seemed odd to us as who brings a salt shaker on vacation. in response we just ate out every meal.
location: the ferry doesnt come here so be prepared to drive around to get places. there are two retaurants, and a small grocery store in the village. everything else you'll have to drive for. the alleyways are tight and you'll be lifting your luggage up and down stairs.
In short: come visit ressonico. its a beautiful town. but dont stay here.
