Luxury house - 9BR / 6BA near Disney

This stunning 09BR family home, located in Windsor at Westside, has everything you need. Includes swimming pool, hot tub, parking and more! You will also be just minutes from Disney, shopping and restaurant.

Other things to note: Please, smoking is ONLY allowed in the patio or porch with the DOOR to the house CLOSED. Try not to smoke too close from the porch. Please, understand that, if the house smells/dirty of/with tobacco or any other illicit substances (which is strictly prohibited) you will be charged a penalty fee of $350 for professional deodorization and deep cleaning of entire house.

**Things that are PROHIBITED to do in the house: ⬇️ As required by Airbnb for claims in the resolution center, we need to inform guests about the penalty fees charged for breaking house rules. Thank you for your understanding!

1. No guest of guests. $40 per guest per night if you break this rule.

2. No moving heavy furniture around. $100 if you break this rule.

3. No smoking inside the house. $350 if you break this rule.

4. Please, Do NOT open windows. A/C is always on and you can increase or decrease the temperature from 68 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. PLEASE, do not change any other settings on the A/C thermostats only the temperature buttons to increase or decrease the temperature. *There are two thermostats (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

5. NO PETS, OVERSIZED/WATER VEHICLES, PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED WITHOUT PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION OF HOST. $400 if you break this rule. 6. NO DRUGS. $500 if you break this rule. Careful, neighbors do report such activities to us and/or law enforcement.


**Things to take into consideration: ⬇️

1 - Please park your car correctly.

2 - Please clean up after yourself. We expect you to leave the house organized and relatively clean. You will be charged a deep cleaning fee between $150 and $250 if the house is left in bad cleaning condition.
2.1. It is not allowed to eat in the rooms if any trace of food is found in the rooms or on the carpet the guest will be penalized with $200. 2.2. Carpet stains (beverages…) or any other type of dye that causes damage will be penalized with small stains $50 (each) to $300 if a large area needs to be cleaned or hired a specialized company. Thank you for your understanding!

3 - Be sure to LOCK all the doors when you leave at all times.

4 - Please do not SLAM doors.

5 - Please leave things where you found after using them.

6 - Please do not sit on the couch with wet swimming suit.

7 - Please note that "Quiet Time" is observed between 10pm - 7am, this is a time of rest and relaxation for our neighbors. Cooperate with us in providing a restful environment.

8 - Sharing with you our home is a wonderful experience, we only ask you to take care of our home as if it is your own.

9 - Late check-out (after 10 AM) without authorization and early notification will incur in a $200 late check out fee. After 12 PM, and if the house is not booked, since we won’t have time to get it ready for the next guest, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation for that given day according to the price of our AirBnB calendar. If the house is booked for that same day you must leave at 12 PM and pay the late check out fee. P.S. Please, understand that other guest(s) may have already booked the same guest suite, and our team needs time to perform the turnover with excellence. This way we can keep our standards always high :-).

10 - Early check-in (before 5 PM), since check out is at 10 AM and our team needs all the time they can have to perform an impeccable turnover for the next guests, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to allow early check-in. We always put our cleaning and tidiness above anything else. However, we may ask to drop your luggage earlier until we finish the turnover.

11 - Please, note that we give a starter kit with soap, one toilet paper in each bathroom, one dish soap, one paper towel, one trash bag. Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay. We don't provide wash cloths.

**Our house only accommodates 18 people in the beds we have, extra guests must bring their own accommodation (mattress and bed linen)
