Right off of Highway 12, this four-bedroom, oceanside home is ideal for family vacations and get-togethers with friends! Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area with comfortable furniture, burnished floors, and attractive decor throughout. After spending a fun day at the beach come home to spritz away the sand via the enclosed outdoor shower. Head inside to spread out on the living room sofa to watch a good DVD movie or a show on the TV. You'll love preparing your favorite meals in the full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and dishwasher, ample counter space, and a center prep island. Serve your dinner guests at the glass-top dining table with seating for four. You'll also find a table and chairs on the top deck and a bar area by the private hot tub. Use the private gas grill to host a fun hot-weather barbecue. Don't worry about stains - the in-suite washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes are sparkling clean during your stay. Challenge someone to a game on the shared tennis or basketball courts then come home to enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your best selfies to your social media while the central air-conditioning and ceiling fan keep the home nice and cool. Don't forget to enjoy a game of foosball upstairs.

Would stay again
Nice private pool, grill, hot tub. Located in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors (homeowners).

Disappointed
Lot's of work needs to be done - Deck is in serious need of repair, I would not go out with bare feet! Windows throughout were very dirty, we made a list of all the things that need worked on and it was a long one. Hot tub only half works BTW. I'm a contractor myself in Maryland and would be glad to help in restoring this unit back in shape, if owner is interested in selling I would consider buying to fix it up if you would like to let go of this property!

Overall very poor don’t recommend
Entire deck needs to be re-done.. soft spots , nails sticking up , splinters .. roaches in house of all sizes.. garbage around outside of house, inside of house not cleaned like it should be.. overall very poor would never stay there again.

Needs updates
We arrived just after four. We were two families traveling from New York and my husband and I have young kids. We pulled up and there was a car in the driveway. We received a call that they were not finished cleaning yet so we had to go somewhere in the meantime. It would have been nice to know this soon as we rushed through our dinner to be able to get to the house as close to four to start our relaxing. The house was not very clean. The kitchen table need a good wipe down, the oven was sprayed with cleaner but the cleaning crew never wiped it off. The big window in the kitchen area had spider webs. There were many things in the house that were just never checked over and should be replaced. Three bedrooms were missing blinds so we taped up black garbage bags to keep the light out and so people could not see inside. The blinds in the kitchen did not have a way to be lowered either. The lights by the Foosball table needed new bulbs. We were not able to use it at night since the bulbs were dim. A couple of the tvs were missing remotes. The ice machine on the fridge did not work. There was no garbage can in the en suite bathroom and no soap holder on the bathroom on that floor. There was a dish strainer but no tray for it so we had to put towels underneath. The towels provided smelled funny. We immediately washed them all as they smelled like vinegar. The grill was dirty and the drippings that were left over even caught on fire. The house was functional though. It could just use some updates to the current amenities and it should be glanced over that things like remote controls are available.

Dirty , infested and falling apart.
The property was not cleaned properly. They were roaches in the house.. There was so many broken things in the house. It did not have simple utensils, such as a can opener.
