Because our customers asked, we now offer grocery delivery service with a flat rate delivery fee of $25 plus 20% of total grocery bill. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to utilize this service whenever possible.*** Set in the Quiet St Simons Heights neighborhood you can golf cart, bike or scooter to the pier or beach in minutes. East Beach is located 1.1 miles from the property. A unique setup with both a main house and guest house in one package perfect for spreading out a larger group. When you are not at the beach or the pier or restaurants there is plenty to do here. The front yard has a high quality 4 hole putting green to warm up on before your tee time. There is a fenced in dedicated cornhole area. Two different outdoor dart boards. Swimming pool for kids or cocktails. There are numerous outdoor lounging areas with umbrellas and an outdoor dining area complete with Kamano grill/smoker for the chef in the group to show off with. The main house has a large living room complete with big screen TV. Also in the living room is a high top with four stools for games or hot wings on game day. There is a small library for those that forgot to bring a book and a selection of games to play as well.

The Guest house has an Xbox 360 for the kids with a variety of games. There is both a living room and bedroom in the guest house with a bathroom and shower area separating them.

The backyard is lighted with warm light for when the evening outdoors lasts longer than the day.

There is a scooter business operating out of the shop next door.
