Welcome to our charming vacation retreat! We are excited that you are considering a getaway and choosing our splendid property for your stay. Situated close to the Disney parks, numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the sprawling city of Orlando, our home promises a charming escape. We will take you to see our property:

**Bedrooms:**
1. **Master Bedrooms:** Indulge in luxury with a king bed, pool views, TV, cozy reading chair and ample space. The private bathroom has a charming bathtub, separate shower and a spacious counter with lots of mirrors.

2. **Bedroom 2:** Experience comfort with a queen bed, TV and ample closet space.

3. **Mickey Themed Bedroom 3:** Indulge in the magic of Disney with two twin beds, TV and enchanting decor.

4. **Little Mermaid Bedroom 4:** Immerse yourself in the charm of a large bed and a single bed in this princess-themed bedroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

**Pool area:**
At the back of this charming residence, a sliding glass door offers direct access to an oasis of privacy.

The swimming pool, a real highlight, has an integrated Jacuzzi for relaxing moments. The outdoor area of the house is carefully equipped with furniture designed for your comfort, including sun chairs, a table with four chairs for outdoor dining, and a charming balcony sofa.

Whether you want to enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, this house offers everything you need to enjoy unique experiences. The pool and jucuzzi do not heat separately as they are integrated.

**Kitchen:**
Our fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and appliances. A 6-seater bench  is perfect for quick meals, complemented by a charming bar.

**Desk:**
We created a dedicated workstation with a desk, comfortable chair and free high-speed internet.

**Living room:**
Relax in our living room with two 2 and 3 seater sofas, TV and reading lamp.

**Dining room:**
Enjoy  family dinners at our wooden table that seats six.

**Outdoor Fun:**
Two chairs on the porch invite you to relax and watch the golfers stroll through the resort.

**Laundry:**
A washing machine, dryer, portable crib, stroller and high chair are at your disposal.

**House Entrance/Key/Password:**
Check-in is hassle-free with electronic instructions provided via chat. In case of any problems, a lockbook with a physical key is available.

**Additional Information:**
- Garbage collection three times a week.
- Security cameras only in front of the house
- Garage not available; park in front of the house.
- Central air conditioning, child safety fence at pool, free WiFi, pack n play bay, stroller.

**Extra Services (Check Prices):**
- Use of barbecue.
- One-hour visit with Disney Princesses or Superheroes (additional cost).
- Pool heating (minimum 2 nights, prior request).
- Late check-out (1pm) or early check-in (1pm) subject to availability.

**Complimentary Supplies:**
Although our house is self-service, we provide free supplies until you can shop according to your needs. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, liquid soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Seasonings and perishable foods are not provided to avoid contamination.

**Security measures:**
To ensure your well-being, all bed linen is provided by an industrial laundry.
