Bristlecone Lodge is a rustic cabin located near Snow Summit Ski Resort and is a short drive to local shopping and the Village.

Once inside you will find the family room area. With comfy seating and a wood burning fireplace, it's the perfect spot to get cozy and watch your favorite show or movie on the large Flatscreen TV.

Just off the family room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers all the basic amenities including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A standard coffee maker is provided.

Step out back from the dining room to the large fenced backyard. There is a picnic table set up out back where you can have lunch or hang out and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Back inside and down the hall from the kitchen area is a powder bath and to the right a utility room with a full size washer and dryer available for your use. You can also gain outdoor access from this room.

Head upstairs where you will find the four bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed, the second bedroom offers a Twin, the third bedroom offers two Twin beds and the fourth bedroom offers a Twin. There is a three quarter bath upstairs off the hallway.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
