The house has a porch as an entrance with a cloakroom. The living room with semi-integrated fully equipped kitchen is modern and nicely furnished and equipped with flat screen TV, satellite TV and music system. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils that will make your holiday comfortable and uncompromising. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All rooms have windows. Even in colder temperatures, you feel comfortable, because the house is equipped with an electric night storage heater. Additional features include: barbecue with accessories, sun loungers and a large parasol and a four-piece sofa set with a dining table for the terrace. Likewise, an idyllic embedded porch swing belongs to the equipment. Towels, bed linen and dishes and all necessary and useful is available.

The former rural community Rempesgrün, first mentioned in 1437 as "Renntwissgrune" (later then Rempelßgrune, Rempesgrün, Rempelsgrun, Rembtpeßgrüenn), is in today's Vogtlandkreis "at" Auerbach. We are in the Göltzschtal with the adjacent cities Falkenstein and Rodewisch. That offers a lot to see, tours to do. The Waldbad Brunn, the adventure park Plohn, the forest park Grünheide as well as the hiking area Kammweg in the near surroundings offer enough possibilities to make your holiday varied. The beautiful Pöhl dam, also suitable for lovers of nudist culture, is only 15 km away. By car you drive to Helmsgrün and is virtually on the beach.
