This modern house half is well furnished and has underfloor heating throughout. Of course you have your own entrance. The living room, the kitchen equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, the bathroom and the two bedrooms are all at ground level. One bedroom is at the same time the passage room to the other bedroom, which however also has direct access to the outside. You can reach this vacation property also in a wheelchair. You have two terraces at your disposal - one on each side of the house - as well as a part of the beautiful garden with sunbathing lawn and garden shed. The object is quietly situated and has a nice atmosphere. Arzfeld is located in the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate. The lively village is located in a very beautiful natural area only 13 km from the Luxembourg border. The nature reserve Irsental is ideal for beautiful walks. The former railroad line has become an almost continuously asphalted bicycle path with connections to, among others, Saint Vith in Belgium, Neuerburg and Irrel. There are swimming pools in Neuerburg and Prüm. Arzfeld itself offers a small reservoir for swimming and fishing, various shopping facilities and a tourist center with bike and e-bike rental.
