A patio door off this bedroom takes you to a private deck. Up the steps to the second level, you will find the primary bedroom with an ensuite. This bedroom also offers a secluded deck. The hall bath and third bedroom with bunk bed and queen are also on the 3rd floor.
LOCATION: Ocean Block downtown Dewey Beach! Enjoy all downtown Dewey Beach's activities, like outdoor sports, local shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Park your car and walk everywhere all week!
PARKING: Parking is limited to 2 cars.
AMENITIES: Central AC, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: The garage is not accessible. This townhouse rents Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
