Exterior highlights include a spacious balcony, where you can dine al fresco under the overhang. Enjoy the fresh breeze, and take in the lovely views of the palm trees.

Inside, this spacious home features a living room area with a large TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. Sliders to the outside front balcony let you experience easy inside/outside living. A beautiful modern kitchen has all the upgraded appliances you need to create meals and snacks for everyone.

This home has three bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Additional amenities include WIFI, cable, and air-conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is currently occurring at this home. The front yard and downstairs patio area are not available. The estimated date of completion is through November 2023.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – no exceptions!
This home has a strictly enforced no more than 11 occupants at any time.
There is no access to the garage at this time.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
