Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with attached laundry room ( full size washer and dryer). Wireless internet, Cable, and Netflix are included and available for viewing on all TV’s. A 50” large screen HD/Smart TV is in the living room, 40” HD/Smart TV in the Master Bedroom & 32” HD Smart TV’s in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Plenty of Books, Puzzles and Board Games are also available for your enjoyment. The unit has an alarm for your safety, a coded entry so no key is required to enter the unit.
A small, intimate and secure 39 unit, 7 story, building. Lobby accessed by code only, camera surveillance in lobby, all halls and garage walkways. Plenty of room for an enjoyable day at the beach or the beach side pool. Pool area includes a hot tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, and outdoor grills for your use. On-site parking and a secure lobby with luggage & shopping carts are readily available as well.

*Our building is about to become even more beautiful! As part of an estimated year long project, San Remo will be undergoing improvements to the exterior of the building, set to begin by the end of September. Like everywhere else, despite every attempt to plan and coordinate such a large construction project, we can anticipate to “expect the unexpected” when it comes to delays in permitting, delivery of materials, etc.. Due to this, it is somewhat challenging to give exact information for when our side of the building will be worked on. Good news is, none of this will affect the enjoyment of our gorgeous beach and pool area and work will mostly be done between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. We just want to make sure our guests are aware and we will do everything to keep everyone updated. Please feel free to reach out to get the latest update before your booking. We appreciate your understanding!
- Parking is provided for one vehicle. If you need to park a 2nd guest vehicle, we will email you a printable pass upon request. Parking pass MUST be returned to unit upon departure, failure to return will result in $100 fine.
- The pool requires key fobs for entry. They are costly to replace, so a lost key fob is a $100 fine.
- This is a no smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the condo or the balcony at any time.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 25 or older.
- This is a peaceful location with owners and guests wishing to enjoy their vacation and time in Florida. Please be respectful of everyone around and keep quiet from 10pm-8am. No parties or events.
-Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
