You’ll love the lush lawn and the quiet neighborhood setting. The welcoming main living room features a large smart TV, while the light-filled sitting room has vaulted ceilings. The backyard includes a gas grill, a deck for lounging, and a gravel patio with a dining table. A large lawn completes this lovely outdoor space. Added perks include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Your rental also includes a beach pass to access all Barnstable beaches. High powered air-conditioning units provide comfort in the living areas and bedrooms. This home has a two-story layout. The sliding doors across from the sofa in the main living area are free of window coverings, providing natural morning light. The sitting room fireplace is not operational. Take the provided beach pass and head to Craigville Beach or Dowse's Beach for a day of fun by the surf. Explore easy walking trails at the Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary or pick up treats and essentials on Main Street at the 1856 Country Store and Four Seas Ice Cream.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
