The large, lush backyard is perfect for playing outdoor games or sharing at-home picnics. Native vegetation thrives in the garden, providing a serene setting. Gather on the large back deck and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill. Dine alfresco at the table for four, then soak up the sun on chaise lounges or sip drinks on the love seat.

Find everything you need in the well-appointed kitchen to create authentic New England meals. Bay windows provide ample natural light in the main dining area. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped wet bar with a wine fridge. A second dining area can accommodate extra seating.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four cars (street parking is not available).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Although this home does have central heating and air-conditioning, it does not extend to the fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms on the second floor. Window air-conditioner units and electric heating panels provide climate control in these rooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
