My newly renovated studio is conveniently located in the heart of the city from where you can essentially get anywhere quite easily. While it is in the center of the city, in an old building and neighbourhood, it is also at the end of a tiny street with no through traffic, which means its pleasant and quiet both during the day and at night. It is a just a few minutes walk to Mount Mtatsminda, Mtatsminda Pantheon and Mtatsminda Park from where you can take sweeping views of the city. A five-minute pleasant walk takes you to the famous Rooms Hotel Tbilisi, the freshly opened Stamba Hotel, the Restaurant Zala that offers an interesting menu of traditional Georgian dishes with elements of European cuisine, and Restaurant Lolita located in an old pseudo-Gothic house with modern Georgian dishes and cocktail bar – as well as many other top destinations of the city. Likewise you will get to the beginning of Rustaveli Avenue in five minutes or so from where you can walk to Rustaveli Metro Station, Opera House and national museums in no time.
The studio can accommodate up to three people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible couch in the living room. It has high-speed WiFi, kitchen with all appliances, washing machine, modern bathroom and built-in shelves and a closet. Once there, guests will find detailed instructions about the studio itself as well as lots of useful information on how to get around, major destinations in the city and the country as well as tips on recommended bars and restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
