A large sectional sofa bed provides ample seating in the sunny living area -- stretch out and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, where stainless steel appliances contrast stylishly with custom blue cabinets. When you’re ready to eat, dine together at the table set for four.

Each suite offers a queen bed, smart TV, and direct balcony access. One suite boasts an open bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and water closet. The other suite features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and water closet.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Guests are required to pay an additional resort fee at the front desk upon arrival ($30/day; card only; subject to change).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
