Our pool is very safe for families with little ones, it is 23.5 inches deep, has a secure cover as well as a fence that can be placed around it if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and direct access to the home. There are no shared spaces.
We have a large 2 car driveway along with a private garage that will fit another car. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, there is ample free street parking in front of the house as well. We provide you and everyone in your group, smooth and safe access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This small pocket of Carlsbad west of the 5 Freeway is in the highly sought after Coastal Zone. Our home is less than 5 blocks from the stunningly beautiful Tamarack Beach. A short less than 7 minute walk, Tamarack or Carlsbad State Beach is perfect for families, surfers and those who are looking to simply relax. There is also a large parking lot on the beach where families can also park if you'd like to drive instead. Everything you need is right there, Vons supermarket is across the street as well as a gas station and a brand new Starbucks coffee shop. You can walk everywhere and drive when desired with easy in and out access to the freeway and side streets.
Getting Around:
This location is hard to beat. Walking distance to many of Carlsbad's best features, it is also very easy to get Ubers or use the brand new bikes at our home, making it very easy to get to the beach, local bars and restaurants.
Guests love how convenient this location is, it’s a quick in and out from the freeway and close to everything.

Other Things to Note:
***All pets must be approved by the host beforehand. Please add them on your reservation when booking and include their weight and breed in a message.***
- We only allow 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog of 30 pounds or less per reservation.
- We charge a pet fee of $200 dollars and require guests staying longer than two weeks to have a mid-stay cleaning by our team to help upkeep the cleanliness of the home when there is a pet staying there.
- If a guest brings a pet without informing us, we will charge a fee of $500 or more depending on damages to the home to cover our time and additional cleaning costs.
- Pets must have their own bed supplied by the guests.
- Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds inside or outside of the house.
- Guests are responsible to clean up any solid waste.
- Pets must be taken on walks to relieve themselves as we try to keep the lawn and property as nice as possible for our guests.
- We reserve the right to charge guests an additional fee if there are any damages from any pets being in or on the property.
- Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance.
- We've created a gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guests to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood and our neighbors during their stay.
- We have a strict NO smoking policy on our property.
- Guests must agree to quiet hours starting at 9 PM. All Guests in or on this property must agree to not disturb any neighbors with excessive/unreasonable noise (partying, yelling, kids screaming, or any other unreasonably loud or commotion-causing activities). After 9 PM guests agree to take conversations indoors as the city has a sound curfew from 9 PM until 8 AM in this quiet residential neighborhood. If you intend to make excessive noise, and are not able to follow our quiet hours of 9 PM, this is not the right property for you.
- We have a policy in place that does not permit outdoor music or portable speakers. This policy helps us ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our neighbors and community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- If the rules are not followed and there is a City of Carlsbad violation cited as a result of a guest making excessive noise, we have the right to fine the Guest. By booking, Guest acknowledges “good neighbor policy” and responsibility to pay fines levied by the City of Carlsbad if policy is broken.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a small family business and raising a baby and toddler. We pride ourselves in giving our guest 5-star personal service and are available during the business hours of 9 PM - 7 PM for guest questions. We ask guests to respect our family time and after the hours of 7 PM to reach out only for urgent matters. The best way to communicate with us is through the app. Thank you!
