Tradewinds Villa is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath, multi-level villa, located in an amazing jungle setting with a partial ocean view. It is perched on a ridge overlooking the lush Pura Vida Valley and seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. The location of the villa is perfect for wildlife viewing in the heart of the Manuel Antonio wildlife corridor and on the edge of a 10-acre private nature reserve dedicated to the re-introduction of the Scarlet Macaw. Hike to the secluded El Salto Waterfall. Drive, walk, or take public transport to Manuel Antonio National Park, several secluded beaches, Pez Vela Marina, and world-class dining. The spacious living room on the villa's main level offers an open floor plan with a vaulted teak ceiling and windows that fully open on either side to maximize your jungle experience and embrace ocean breezes. The adjacent kitchen has granite countertops and is well supplied with small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.). A large gas BBQ is on the deck off the kitchen. Stackable washer and dryer are in a utility closet on the deck. The master suite features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and private terrace where you can enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets. Spacious decks wrap around most of the main residence and guest house offering ample sitting areas to enjoy the sounds and sights of wildlife in the jungle canopy. The private infinity swimming pool is nestled in the jungle maximizing your rainforest experience. The guest house, below the main residence, features two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. A shared bathroom connects the two rooms. The house comfortably accommodates six visitors. It has free WiFi that is strong and stable, air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, and housekeeping service. There is covered parking for 1-2 vehicles. Note: This property is located up a steep driveway. The house is at at the jungle canopy level and requires climbing four flights of covered stairs. Once at the canopy level, there are two buildings - lower (guest house with two bedrooms and bathroom) and upper (main residence with master suite). The two buildings are connected by one flight of covered stairs. Given the layout, this property is ideal for families with older children or couples traveling together.
