When you step into Magnolia North 105/4868, it feels like home. The tastefully decorated great room flows into the kitchen, making for a really spacious living area. The living room furniture is comfortable and arranged so that the large flat screen TV is the focal point. When the designated cook walks into the kitchen, he or she has a full complement of utensils and cutlery as well as appliances that are functional and useful.

Magnolia North 105/4868 is a first floor two bedroom, two bath Myrtle Beach condo. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable queen sized bed and private bath as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds and flat screen TV. In addition, there is a covered porch that overlooks the pool.

Navigating the Myrtle Beach area and the Grand Strand is crucial; during the summer traffic can be a challenge during certain times of the day. The Magnolia North complex is nestled in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. This is a good thing because many attractions are within a 15 minute trip.

A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your “to do” list while vacationing. There are shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside down house next door.

Dolly Parton’s “Pirate’s Voyage” and “Medieval Times” are action dinner theaters where you are entertained while dining on roasted chicken and all the fixins’. In addition, you will find The House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and Carolina Opry for live entertainment.

If shopping brings you pleasure, within minutes of Magnolia North, you can visit Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grand Mall, and hundreds of beach stores and boutiques.

Last, but certainly not least, is the 60 mile stretch of sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Make Myrtle Beach, SC and the Grand Strand, your vacation destination.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of my favorite units. It needs to be sprayed for roaches and bugs. The bedding was dirty and the closet door is still broken, along with the screen on the patio. Trash is behind the fridge and it has a very "packed" smell. The floors nneed a good mopping. And more seating.

Nice but Naughty stay
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice unit, good beds HOWEVER broken dining table, only 1 stool at the counter, two broken bi fold closest doors making them unusable, no hangers at all to hang any clothes, fire alarm went off 3 times while we were simply cooking and fire dept had to come. Palmetto vacations were slow to respond and I get it, it was thanksgiving weekend, however I had to call and follow up after sending pics and msg to Palmetto (after 3 days) Also floor was relatively dusty, had a dirty film and 5 dead large palmetto bugs when we checked in in various areas of the house. doubt this was clean prior to us arriving. Eventually assistance came and did a floor vacumm and brought about 5 hangers (after 5 days). Check in was also confusing the office closed at 3.00pm and never told us. We were told to show up before 5.00pm. So confusing and mis communication there. The overall property is lovely however and apt. very spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay here was terrible. Throughout my stay there was roaches in the home. The curtains in the main bedroom was dirty as well as the tube. Me and my guest were profiled when we went to use the pool by a resident to the point where police were called and that resident was in handcuffs. If i could get my money back that would be nice. Whole stay was very traumatizing

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful with modern features and located in a great location if you want to be close to local attractions like Broadway at the Beach. Overall the condo was spacious, clean, neat and perfect for our traveling family. My only recommendations would be a good deep cleaning (for things like dusty baseboards & fingerprints on the walls) and stocked dishwashing liquid & handsoap. We had to buy paper products but that was expected. The team was very communicative and provided clear access instructions. Our only challenge was the wifi not working upon arrival, but the team was available via text to resolve quickly. Oh yea the pool is located right behind the condo, great location!
