Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 2 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
