A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!

Can’t you just see the excitement on your children’s faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.

This oceanfront, corner condo is located on the first floor and has all the comforts of home, including plenty of seating in the living room where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer), a dining table for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The primary bedroom features a TV of its own, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom, located near the second full bathroom, has a TV as well. Free WiFi is also provided for your ease and convenience.

Vacay

It was nice. However, after being there for four days security approached me and my family in the pool stating we needed to get our wrist bands and would be receiving a parking ticket if we did not get our passes right away. Like standing over me waiting for me to get out of the pool to go to the office. Irritating after the pool was closed the day before and all other activities were down as the office had not been open and the weather. So apparently at this property, I pick up the welcome packet from the Vacasa location, then you also get a packet from the actual complex that has wrist bands in it. Careful, it is a $10 replacement fee per bracelet and they stand true to that. Nice place, but not a lot to do other than indoor pool (cold walk from apartment). The shower curtain and bath were pretty gross. Other than that, it was a great stay!!!

Very nice

Unit was clean and comfortable. This property has great amenities a family could need. Would recommend bringing or renting bikes to ride to fort Macon.

A Place at the Beach

The location of the condo was perfect to get to all the amenities. We did have to deal with back and forth text messages for 3 days before the broken TV was switched out. There were several items from the previous people that stayed left and not cleaned including in the dryer. The top bunk bed was not made.

Overall good experience

Great location and end unit and close to the stairs. It is spacious compared to other units we’ve stayed in at this same property. When we checked in the unit had a lot of flies. It was easily remedied with a newspaper and a fly swatter we had to purchase. We assume the cleaning crew may have left the doors open while cleaning? The disposal smelled terrible and I had to clean the gasket on the washing machine before I used it. Both were easily resolved but should be included in the cleaning list for the crew. There was trash under the beds and in the trash can in the 2nd bedroom. This is a cleaning company issue and not representative of the unit. Beds we’re comfortable as well as the furniture. It is technically beachfront but you can’t really see the beach over the dunes, but you could see some of the water. We saw a couple of rabbits playing below the deck, which was fun. It is a quick walk to the main pool and the indoor pool. The grills provided and located out by the indoor pool were excellent. We grilled several times. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo on the beach

This is a great condo! Sleeps 6. Easy walk to the beach. This condo community is great to with lots of amenities. The beach is wide and so nice. Definitely recommend
