This brand-new all-suite condo boasts a prime waterfront location nestled between Copano Bay and Salt Lake. Highlights include a bayfront pool, a waterfront patio with spectacular views, a modern, lighted pier with a cleaning station, and a shared dock for fishing. A plethora of local attractions and convenient amenities are minutes away from this coastal gem, including idyllic beaches, fishing, parks, and family attractions.

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table. After a day at the beach, relax in the upscale living area, furnished with chairs and a 50” TV. French doors to the patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow in the space.

Dine alfresco on the waterfront patio, outfitted with a table with seating, rocking chairs, and a gas grill. Soak up the sun by the shared unheated pool (6’ deep), open year-round. Other complex amenities include a dock as well as a fully modern, lighted pier with seating and a cleaning station (Please note: boats are not permitted at the dock.) Additional perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
This single-level condo is on the ground floor. Stairs are not required.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
