Escape to the Finger Lakes at this gorgeous group retreat. This unique, 'factory' estate boasts five bedrooms and a sweeping entertainer's patio and deck overlooking Keuka Lake. Sporting an industrial-chic aesthetic, the sleek, bright interior features a stylish modern design, teeming with high-end touches. The open layout features two-tiered living space and kitchen, game room, dining room, and full bar. The game room, featuring a shuffleboard table and ring toss, is sure to be a group favorite. True to the home's name, this room is anchored around a vintage factory control panel and other industrial artifacts, providing a truly unique gaming experience. The expansive patio features panorama views of the lake with ample Adirondack seating, a gas firepit, a private hot tub, and an impressive banquet table - perfect for entertaining the group. The gourmet kitchen comes well-equipped for any occasion or need and features a spacious island breakfast bar with seating for seven. Group-style meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for 16, with large windows looking into the living room and out across the lake. Mix up some aperitifs or digestifs to enjoy at the full bar next to the dining room. Before calling it a night, unwind in the living room with a group movie night or stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of room for guests to spread out in comfort. One bedroom is towards the front of the house, on the other side of the game room. A shared, full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. Head through the kitchen and into the hall next to the bar to find the other four bedrooms. Three guest rooms share a second full bathroom in the hall. The primary suite features an en suite bathroom and a private, lake view balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
