What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:

✓ This townhome is part of a triplex so there are seasonal neighbors, although they are extremely respectful and quiet.
✓ We do not have a dishwasher onsite, so we do require hand washing of your dishes.
✓ The guest bathroom sink does not have a hot water hookup, but the shower does!

Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen-sized bed, enjoy a meal on our outdoor gazebo, take a nap on the 7.5 ft. couch, or mix a drink at our indoor bar, this beach home has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The home comfortably sleeps six people with two queen-sized beds, one queen air-mattress, and a futon in the living room as well. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one-story home and both bedrooms have two full, sparkling clean washrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway out front which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area! The beach is only a three-minute walk away and our street goes directly to a public access point!

We live about an hour away but are always available if needed!

The location of this property is ideal as it takes less than three minutes to walk out the door and onto the beach! This area of the beach is less crowded as well, making for a truly relaxing stay.

Cocoa Beach pier is just a mile south and Port Canaveral is just 2.5 miles north. The city of Cape Canaveral hosts many activities such as Friday Fest, or Street Eats, just two blocks and a short walk from the unit. There are lots of attractions close by to explore including two mini-putt courses (one now includes go-karts), Cocoa Beach Aerial adventures ropes course, Exploration Tower, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and so much more! Hop on the 528 Westbound and you're just a quick 1-hour drive from all of the Disney Parks and attractions.

The location of the property is a short walk from A1A where you can take the city bus if needed. You can also use Uber in Cape Canaveral. Check out Cape Canaveral’s bike share program, Zagster, to rent a bike and cruise around town!

Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the townhome.

Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $150 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
