Residence Seeblick 06 - Studio 6 / Balcony

Only a few meters to the beach. You have made a good choice. The Residenz Seeblick is a modern, newly renovated apartment house directly on the Baltic Sea. There is 1 room apartment with balcony in a privileged location available. Only a few meters away from the beach of Sellin and the pier, the landmark of Sellin, speak for themselves. In the house is the reception, where you will receive your keys. All apartments are accessible by a glass elevator. In the house is a free Wireless Lan Internet access. The apartments are modern equipped and have a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The rooms have cable TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. Bicycles can be found in and around the house. There is a car park for each apartment. We will deliver the breakfast rolls to the apartment door from April to the end of October on request. A sauna, solarium and jacuzzi, as well as a washing machine and dryer are available in the common areas for a fee. Small dogs are allowed in the apartments and cost 8,00 Euro per night. Please note, this house is a Non smoking house, smoking is possible on the balconies.

The 1 room apartment with living room and double bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, dining table, cable TV, CD stereo, well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Cot (without laundry) and high chair for the little ones we provide for 5 euros (please pre-order).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
