As you step through the grand entryway, your senses are greeted with an aesthetically pleasing palette of dark, chic hues, which add a touch of modern elegance to the home's spacious interiors. The home features 8 large, inviting bedrooms, each one more inviting than the last, furnished with comfortable mattresses. Twin rooms are tastefully done Disney/Universal themed decor - a hit with the kids and the young at heart.
Of the home's six full bathrooms, each one is more luxurious than the last. They feature a choice selection of sumptuous bathtubs and expansive walk-in showers. Flooded with natural light and boasting modern, sleek designs, these bathrooms offer a spa-like retreat right within the home.
The main floor's living area, featuring deep, plush couches and an abundance of natural light, flows seamlessly into a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, a culinary enthusiast's dream. **AGE POLICY:
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
All check-in instructions are sent via EMAIL from local management company, Global Resorts. You will need to provide your email after booking so you can receive registration forms.
While not available in person to assist with emergencies, we are always available during your stay to help answer questions. You may also contact the other property management company in charge of amenities and guest registration/check-in, Global Resorts, as they dispatch any necessary maintenance.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
**POOL/HOT TUB/FACILITIES:
Pool is heated & managed by local management company, Global Resorts. If you have any questions regarding the pool during your stay, you can contact us to reach out to them, or you may reach out to them directly. Pool may not be heated year-round, but hot tub is. Pool heat is paid.
Community amenities are managed and maintained by Windsor at Westside. Host/owner/management company have no control or responsibility of the facilities.
Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
