This is the perfect chalet for your secluded getaway, but also just minutes to the grocery store, local restaurants and only 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.

The main level features the living room with smart tv for streaming and wifi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, include everything you'll need to cook for the group! With 2 bedrooms, an additional sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms, you'll have room for all.

Step out on to the deck or lower level patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air. You will also have a gas grill and a wood burning fire pit to gather around after a long day of exploring the area.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
