This beautiful vacation villa is located in the heart of the Yacht Club Area, one of the most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral.

Restaurants, bars, supermarkets or the pier can be reached on foot. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. Free tennis courts and playgrounds are available at the foot of the yacht club.

For boat lovers, this home is the perfect choice. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Our holiday villa is located on an extra large property. Privacy was very important to us when choosing the house. The pool area and terrace are well protected from prying eyes by large hedges.

The pool can be heated to pleasant temperatures well over 30 ° even in winter with a separate heater.

Our house can accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed)

From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom with a king-size bed, there is another large bed in the second bedroom and a double-decker bed in the third bedroom. The couch in the living room can be folded out into a spacious double bed

The master bedroom has a large shower. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub / shower and all options for families with small children.

You also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the kitchen, which has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. All imaginable kitchen appliances are at your disposal.

The living room, dining room and master bedroom have direct access to the pool.

The veranda offers plenty of space for long barbecues by the pool. The grill is mobile so that you can grill directly on the jetty in the evenings.

Of course, there is free high-speed WiFi throughout the house. With the help of amplifiers, we were even able to extend the WiFi range to our landing stage.
