Families and Friends will love the open concept main floor, where you can all spread out together between living and kitchen spaces. There are lots of options for dining with seating for 4 at the counter for quick snacks, or expand the dining table for the entire family with additional leaves.

The main floor also offers the master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, a full bathroom,  a bright, airy second bedroom with a queen size bed and a convenient laundry room. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed with trundle, as well as a full bathroom and a second living space where you can enjoy board games, streaming TV, or plug in your gaming platform of choice.

As a guest of Lake Affect, enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, for classic summer fun.  The clubhouse provides restrooms and a place to gather.  Bring your bikes to explore the neighborhood or hop onto the paved Van Buren trail, which passes through the neighborhood. To the South, the trail leads you to the dunes & beach or head north to meander your way to downtown South Haven's restaurants, shops & entertainment. Kid’s Corner, the Blue Stairs and the popular beach at the bottom are a quick 5 block walk and your party will be happily entertained for hours!

Parking: 1 Vehicle next to the garage; shared driveway, please do not block neighbor's access. Street parking is available along Cable Street by the front porch, except Nov 15 - April 15 to allow for plowing Additional parking available by the Clubhouse
